Human Resource Development Society starts APEX EDUCATION GROUP with prime objective to provide “Education for All with Maximum Value at Minimum Cost”. Having starting with barely two computers for their operation, soon with helps of dedicated staff and single-minded devotion the APEX Education Group grow horizontally and vertically.
